Who we are​

Enterprise Forge is a product of Expericia Technologies, a digital engineering firm headquartered in Kochi, India, with a delivery office in Bengaluru. See expericia.com.

Expericia Technologies is responsible for personal data collected through enterprise-forge.com: the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the data controller under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

This policy covers this website only. A self-hosted Enterprise Forge deployment runs on your own infrastructure, and the data it records stays there; the Security page describes what it records and never records.

What we collect​

  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, their titles, the site that referred you, your browser, device type and screen size, and an approximate location that Google derives from your IP address. It also records two actions: a click on an email link, and a click on a link to the Contact page. IP anonymization is turned on. See Cookies for when it runs.
  • Your cookie choice: stored in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask again. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. To decide whether to ask, the site reads your device's time zone in the browser; this is not stored or sent either.
  • Email you send us: your address, your name if you give it, and what you write.
  • Page delivery: Amazon Web Services hosts the site and processes your IP address, the page requested and your browser details in order to serve it.

The site has no forms, accounts, advertising or tracking pixels.

Cookies​

The site sets no cookies of its own. When Google Analytics runs, it sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_797YWN9VEE, which Google sets to expire after up to two years.

  • EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and India: Google Analytics loads only if you accept. If you decline, or make no choice, neither cookie is set.
  • Everywhere else: Google Analytics loads by default, and you can turn it off below.

The site works out your region from your device's time zone, so it can be wrong if you use a VPN or are travelling. If it cannot tell, it asks. You can change your choice at any time: this deletes the analytics cookies and shows the banner, wherever you are.

How we use it​

  • Analytics: to see which pages are read and how visitors find the site, so we can improve it. The basis is your consent in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and India, and our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used elsewhere, which you can opt out of.
  • Email: to reply to you and, if you ask, to set up a pilot. The basis is your request.
  • Page delivery: to serve the site and keep it working.

Who receives it​

  • Google: Google Analytics, unless you have declined or turned it off.
  • Amazon Web Services: hosting and content delivery.
  • Our email provider: for messages you send us.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. These providers may process data outside India, including in the United States.

Retention​

  • Analytics: kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
  • Email: kept while the conversation or pilot is active, and for the period Indian law requires afterwards.

Your rights​

  • India (DPDP Act, 2023): you can ask for a summary of your data, correction and erasure, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and seek grievance redressal. If we do not resolve a grievance, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
  • UK and EU (GDPR): you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and can withdraw consent. You can complain to the UK ICO or your local data protection authority.
  • Singapore (PDPA): you can ask for access and correction, and complain to the PDPC.

To use any of these rights, write to info@expericia.com. The founder of Expericia Technologies is the grievance officer for privacy matters.

Children and changes​

  • Children: the site is meant for engineering leaders and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect their data.
  • Changes: when this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
